Four and a half years ago I discovered a band whose music helped me through sadness, heartbreak and feeling so alone in the world. Four summers ago, Wild Child was set to play their first blues on the green. It was the first opportunity I would have to see them since finding and falling in love with their music. At the time the thought of going anywhere alone was immobilizing for me. I had no one to go with, but I didn’t want to miss seeing them live. I found the courage I needed to go alone, stood up front next to the stage and watched them play their set with the biggest smile on my face. Seeing them live for the first time alone is one of my favorite memories, and seeing them headline blues on the green yesterday sitting next to the love of my life is a new favorite memory. ♥️ thank you, @wildchildsounds for the music you’ve made that has helped me through so much over the last almost five years.

I just love this big baby so much. ALSO for anyone in Austin, if you haven’t been to the Cedar Bark Park you should for sure go!! Jackie looooved it. SO much room to run around and a pond for the dogs to swim in. We had a blast with the other dogs/owners and best of all it’s FREE. Soooo if you love your pup take a trip up to Cedar Park. 😊🐶💖

Baby ur a fiya-work ✨💥💖 • • • Last year the 4th was the day Drew met all my friends and over the last year it’s always been a happy memory that stuck out for me. ❤️ And then on July 5th morning I woke up with my first experience with strep throat... but cross your fingers that was left in the past, thx! 🙃

Today marks 5 years of calling Austin home. 😊 Moving to Austin was one of the best choices I’ve made for my life and I’ve never doubted that for a second. I’ve been able to grow in ways I couldn’t imagine I would had I stayed in Utah. I’ve learned so much about life and about myself. This last year had been one of my very best and very favorites and I can’t wait to see what this next year will bring. ♥️

Today marks one whole year of loving @drewschneck. I can’t brag enough about how amazing he is. Drew, thank you for pushing me to reach my goals and for keeping me accountable. Thank you for making me laugh constantly. Thank you for loving me when I’m being mad and unreasonable. This has been the best year of my life and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us. I LOVE YOU!! ♥️

Enjoying the beautiful day with some coffee and my girl 😍 • • • I’m working on being more productive and getting as much out of every day as I can. This week I took a page out of @funcheaporfree’s book and created a little block schedule for myself. So far I cleaned the kitchen, got in a 45 minute work out, had breakfast and I still have 2 hours before I need to go to work. Lately at work I’ve been training nonstop so all the free time I once had hasn’t been happening and I’ve felt myself getting stressed out over it. Scheduling out my day and knowing what I’m expecting myself to accomplish before getting to work really helped me out today though! I’m excited to keep this up and see what I’m able to accomplish because of it!
